RESPONSIBILITIES & RULES
- Maximum number of overnight guests is 8 (6 adults maximum)
- Person responsible for booking must be at least 35 years of age
- You are responsible to leave the property in the same condition you found it
- You are responsible for all damages incurred during your stay
- You are responsible for your own water safety and First Aid
- You must be respectful of your neighbors and the environment at all times
- You must observe any Fire Ban posted by the Municipality of Harrington
- No ATVs or motorized boats are permitted during your stay
- No tents, trailers or RVs are permitted on the property during your stay
- No smoking inside the cottage, on the screen porch, or on the outside deck
- No loud music or excessive noise at any time, day or night
- No fireworks at any time, day or night
- No campfires on the beach; only in designated areas
- No pets are allowed on the property

Payment Options & Terms
Taxes (federal, provincial, hotel) and cleaning fees are included in the rental price.
Terms:
- Payment #1: 50% of total rental price dated the day of booking
- Payment #2: 50% of total rental price dated 90 days prior to check-in
- Payment #3: Security deposit dated 30 days prior to check-in
E-Transfer: Follow payment terms as above.
Paypal: Follow payment terms as above.
Credit Card: Use the PAY button on the online invoice during booking. Follow payment terms as above.
Security Deposit
$600 security deposit is due 30 days prior to check-in by e-transfer or post-dated cheque.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure, once the cottage has been inspected and verified to be in the same condition you found it on your arrival and the check-out rules have been followed.
Failure to comply with the RESPONSIBILITIES & RULES listed on the website and displayed inside the cottage will result in a forfeit of your security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
50% refund if you cancel 60 days or more in advance
No refund if you cancel less than 60 days in advance
OUR BOOKING POLICY
We reserve the right to pre-approve all booking requests before reservations can be confirmed. Once your booking is approved, your dates will be reserved and you will be contacted to secure your rental dates. Thank you, and enjoy your stay!
